Face to face fundraising
Since 2011, CAPLL Ltd have generated in excess of 200,000 long-term donors for our charity partners through lottery and regular giving campaigns. A thorough understanding of our charities needs allows us to deliver nationwide and regional campaigns for a wide variety of clients. An emphasis on inspiring quality supporters is at the heart of what we do.
We work in a variety of high footfall venues, including high profile shows. We raise awareness of our charity partners through strongly branded presentations, stands and materials, which promote the charities work.
All new supporter data is captured via iPad technology, through a bespoke branded application for each charity. This method allows secure data collection, validation and transfer. This leads to a faster first payment and allows us to thank the supporter immediately via SMS and a thank you email.
Welcome Calling and Mystery Shopping
Our contact centre conducts calls on behalf of the charity, to welcome supporters and thank them. The callers verify essential details and reiterate how the donation will help the charity. We are happy to discuss any type of telephone campaign which you might have in mind.
CAPLL Ltd use mystery shoppers to ensure our fundraising activity is being conducted in accordance with the codes of conduct and the training provided by CAPLL Ltd and the charity.
Our assessment form is created in line with the PFA form. The aim is to mystery shop every fundraiser a minimum of 3 times a year to maintain standards and highlight success.
